Properties:
BIO XL can improve the efficiency of soaking ash when applied to soaking ash and re-soiling processes, and has the following advantages:
●Opening the ring proteoglycans that bind the collagen fiber bundles, so that the leather fibers can be fully loosened and get soft, The leather is soft and plump;
●Effectively loosen the hair roots, skin dirt, pigment, leather surface clean, bright and uniform dyeing;
●Remove/reduce the fat wrinkles and growth marks on the leather, change the grain structure fundamentally, so that the wrinkles won't be reproduced in the post-processing, and the grain surface of the leather will be soft, spreading and flat, so as to improve the leather yield;
●Effectively increase the solubility and suspension stability of lime, which can shorten the soaking time and promote the uniformity of soaking;
It can reduce the dosage of sulfide, lime and related additives.

Enzyme preparation is protein, inhalation of its dust may cause allergic reaction, so should try to avoid inhalation of its dust and excessive contact with the skin and eyes, once splashed into the eyes or sticking to the skin, it should be flushed with water immediately.
Storage:
It is recommended to store in a cool, dry place. If stored in an airtight container at temperatures below 25°C, the viability of the product can be maintained for at least one year. Prolonged storage or poor storage conditions, including high humidity and temperature, will reduce enzyme activity, and the dosage of enzyme preparation will need to be adjusted as appropriate for use.
